Sied van Riel presents „REALISM 2″

Sied van Riel presents "REALISM 2"The last 50 weeks have see Sied van Riel track-blasting his way around the electronic dance universe’s most prominent clubs, arenas and festivals. December 16th will see him transit 2013/2014 through the release ‘Rielism 2’. The follow-up to his much-champed 2011 debut mix-voyage, it’s worthy successor in every right and respect. The second realization of ‘Rielism’ brings a heritage-return to Sied’s best-known-for sound – that of atmospheric, floor-thriving progressive and powerful, cultured trance.

Seamlessly, harmonically and thrillingly mixed to perfection, it includes numerous box-fresh, never-heard-before tracks from some of planet Earth’s most talented electronic musicians. Incoming is music from the artisanal studios of Corsten, Tyas, O’Callaghan and Ottaviani, as well as hot-ticket audio from Aly & Fila, Bobina, Arctic Quest, Protoculture, Sneijder and a dozen + others besides. With many exclusives from ‘Rielism’s own anchorman, ‘R.2’ has already taxied for take off. So strap yourselves in, ensure your seat is in the upright position and secure any loose objects! Cos things are about to get as Riel as they can get.

‘Rielism 2’ embarks on its sound quest in smooth accent, courtesy of the astounding new SvR creation ‘Breathe Out’. A bona fide stylistic departure, its progressive transcendental-ism features the warm, indolent vocals of Danish songstress Signe G. It draws ‘Rielism 2’ up into an epic 160-minute-long sonic slipstream. Doubling as a near ‘mini artist album’, as it reaches cruising speed it unfurls much previously unheard/purpose built van Riel material. In and amongst its progressive thermals, trance glide-paths and tech/elec turbulence are his latest single ‘8 Decades’, the distinctive vocals tones of Chris Jones on their forthcoming ‘Share The Night’ and Evil Sardine’s ‘Cruisin’ (van Riel again, in intriguing, offbeat, anagram-ic form!).

Allianz and Lewis Hamilton join forces for a very special cause: insuring the safety of millions of school runs wordwide. A deep moral lies in the core of this promotion campaign – children are our future and protecting their lives no matter what is a top priority for everyone.

The promotion video places world class race as Lewis Hamilton with the task to drive two little girls to school. The girls are excited with the opportunity to be driven to school by Lewis Hamilton. Throughout the whole drive the children constantly talk to Lewis about their everyday lives. When speed is in once’s blood it’s natural to push down the pedal, but  Although Lewis has all the rights to be annoyed he stays calm throughout the whole drive and safely stops in front of the school gates.

Ad Brown gives „Something for the Pain“

Ad Brown gives "Something for the Pain"The last few years have seen composer, producer, DJ and A&R man Ad Brown keep the EDM universe supplied with a steady flow of highly polished, broad-span-appealing electronic music. Locking on to the beneath-the-surface magnetism of his productions, an ever-increasing directory of world-class DJs have rallied to his sound. Now the young Londoner is ready to step centre stage with the release of his debut long-player. Over a scrupulously edited collection of music, he matches his own inimitable production stylings – that of a cooler, more cultured house, trance & more with an attuned ear for memorable, accessible lyrics and engaging vocals.

If you’re starting to feel an itch or twitch for music with less glitch, it’s time to take… ‘Something For The Pain’!

Brown took the album decision whilst on a travel sabbatical, journeying around the Asia and the South Pacific and commenced its production the week of his return. Many months in the making (“close to 30” says Brown), and condensed down from over a 100 demos, concepts and ideas to 14 pristine refined productions, Ad’s first album collection is finally here.

Lou Gorbea & Chris Perez fb Manchildbck present „Missy You“

Lou Gorbea & Chris Perez fb Manchildbck present "Missy You"„Will play the original version! Roots nyc all the way!“ – Louie Vega
„You can only get magic when you put these three talents together.“ – Quentin Harris
„Groove Assassin Mix really does it for us. Nice song!“ - Tony Humphries

A couple of minutes into ‘Missing You’ it’s apparent that however much we at Tribe love travelling the world in search of great tunes to move to, it sure feels good to come ‘home’ to the Big Apple.

Well, let’s put it this way, many of us grew up with dance music created for clubs like the Paradise Garage, Sound Factory, Club Shelter and Body & Soul and this track feels like a direct descendant of many of those tunes with a pull-you-onto-the-dance-floor rhythm, lyrics that say more than a lil’ something, an uplifting melodic line and a totally assured, strong-and-soulful vocal which is beautifully handled and multilayered right through.

Louie ‘Lou’ Gorbea is a DJ and producer who surely danced at many of those clubs (in addition to really working the floor while a member of the American Ballet Company) and he brings an intuitive understanding of how music moves people alongside a deep knowledge of music across genres and eras into his guest sets alongside DJs such as Jellybean Benitez and Louie Vega. He spins electrifying old (and new) school sets, which is why he’s also played in clubs from Mykonos to the Ministry of Sound. Snowbombing celebrates 15 years!

Snowbombing celebrates 15 years! Now in its amazing fifteenth year, Snowbombing is Europe’s largest, longest standing and most unique snow and music festival, taking place from 7-12 April 2014 in the snowy alpine town of Mayrhofen, Austria.  With mountains as a perimeter fence and boasting some of the most awe inspiring festival venues in the world, including a sky-high igloo, 2,000 metres above sea level, enchanted forest clearings, cosy alpine lodges and medieval barns, Snowbombing is a festival experience like no other.

The 2014 edition sees Snowbombing celebrate their 15th birthday with their biggest line-up to date. Those famous fire-starters The Prodigy will take over The Forest stage, treating Snowbombers to a high octane, adrenaline-fueled performance like no other! The Chemical Brothers are also set to unleash their Block Rockin’ Beats on the ‘Greatest Show on Snow’ with their debut DJ set at Snowbombing. After recently releasing their forth studio album ‘Brand New Machine,’ Chase & Status will return to the mountains to entertain the crowds with an exquisite live set delivering their blend of dubstep-infused breakbeat mixed in with some bassy treats.

East London‘s Rudimental will return to the slopes for a second year. The band went down a storm in the forest in 2013 and will continue to ’Feel the Love’ as they treat Snowbombers to an unforgettable DJ set. Another act to be announced in this extravaganza of Snowbombing goodness is Groove Armada. The duo have been shaking clubs and festivals to the very core for 15 years and certainly know how to whip a crowd into a frenzy. We can’t wait for them to bring their eclectic DJ set to the slopes.
