SYKE’N’SUGARSTARR, consisting of DJ SUGARSTARR and the producer-head-honcho SESA, are somewhat of an enigma. Finely balanced between cool Housemusic and absolutely rocking remixes, pushing back the boundaries on their own label, whilst becoming in demand house-producers for several major projects since the late nineties.
The most appealing aspect of Syke’n’Sugarstarr is just how fresh they sound, both in their productions and the DJ’ing, which, as anyone who has seen DJ SUGARSTARR on the decks will know, is as diverse and experimental as their studio work.
